YouTube celebrity Ben Potter passes away at 40 in a tragic accident

Ben Potter, a YouTube sensation and comic book aficionado with over 3 million subscribers, passed away in a tragic accident over the weekend at the age of 40.

His wife, Nathalie Potter, shared the heartbreaking news through a heartfelt social media post on Monday evening. She revealed few specifics about the circumstances of his passing, only that the well-loved internet figure died on Saturday.

In a detailed statement, Nathalie expressed her intention to "preserve everything" her husband had achieved. "I have so many things I need to figure out but firstly, I need to grieve," she wrote. "I ask that you respect my privacy as well as everyone else's. Right now my priority is preserving everything he's built and I don't have any plans beyond that."

"The team and I want to keep that going," Nathalie wrote. "To honor him by continuing to tell great stories by great people, as well as to keep the memory of our very own superhero alive."
