Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner agree on interim child custody
Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner agreed to temporary child custody, court documents show Tuesday.
The order states that Turner will have their 1- and 3-year-old children from Oct. 9 to 21. Jonas will take the kids from Oct. 21 to Nov. 2.
Turner will have the kids until Nov. 22, Jonas until Dec. 16, and Turner again until Jan. 7.
The order allows the "Game of Thrones" actress to return to the UK with the kids. They granted the children a temporary stay in New York last month.
After four years together, the celebrity couple split on Sept. 6 and have been fighting over custody of their children. Turner sued Jonas to return the children to England, where the family lived.
Turner accused the Jonas Brothers singer of illegally keeping the children in New York City and withholding their passports.
Jonas stated that handing over the passports would violate a Florida divorce court order. He said he was fine with raising kids in both countries.
