A new evacuation order was issued in Palisades Fire

The Palisades Fire has issued a new evacuation order that includes Interstate 405 and the Encino Reservoir, according to a warning from the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The order's enlargement borders one of Los Angeles' busiest roads and the city's cultural institution, the Getty Center.

Two new evacuation shelters have opened in Los Angeles, with more than 100,000 under evacuation orders across the county. Here's the complete list of shelters:

Calvary Community Church
Ritchie Valens Recreation Center
Pasadena Convention Center
Stoner Recreation Center
Westwood Recreation Center
Pan Pacific Recreation Center
Pomona Fairplex (Gate 3)

There are also more than a dozen animal evacuation shelters accepting both small and large animals.
