3 people died in a small plane crash at Boca Raton Airport in Florida

The three persons killed when a Cessna 310R crashed at Boca Raton Airport in Florida on Friday morning have been recognized by officials.

According to the FAA, Robert Stark, 81, of Boca Raton; Stephen Stark, 54, of Delray Beach; and Brooke Stark, 17, of Delray Beach, were all aboard the Cessna 310 plane that crashed on Military Trail near Glades Road after leaving the airport at 10:20 a.m. The jet crashed while its route to Tallahassee International Airport.

According to the statement, Robert, Stephen, and Brooke Stark were grandparents, fathers, and daughters.

In addition, one individual on the ground was hurt during the event. Police said Pablo Tafur, 24, was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after losing control of his 2017 Toyota Prius and colliding with a tree.
