Israel is forewarned by Saudi Arabia of dire consequences for storming Rafah
On Saturday, Saudi Arabia's foreign ministry issued a warning regarding the potential dire consequences of assaulting and targeting the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
In a statement, the ministry emphasized the Kingdom's outright rejection and firm condemnation of any forced expulsion, renewing its call for an immediate ceasefire.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has instructed Israel's military to prepare for the "evacuation of the population" from Rafah, affecting approximately 1.3 million individuals, many of whom have already been displaced from other regions within the enclave and claim to have nowhere else to seek refuge.
