The Israeli prime minister says French and Dutch leaders will visit this week

The Israeli prime minister's office announced on Sunday that Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and French President Emmanuel Macron are scheduled to arrive in Israel on Monday.

Pedro Sanchez, the prime minister of Spain, and Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister, spoke over the phone. According to his office, Macron and Rutte will meet with Netanyahu upon their arrival on Monday and Tuesday.

According to a statement from his office, the Israeli prime minister expressed gratitude to the Western leaders for supporting Israel's "right to defend itself against Hamas's brutal terrorism" and said that "Israel's victory over Hamas would be a victory for the entire world."
