3 dead in a shooting outside a Kentucky driver's license office

On Friday afternoon, a shooting occurred outside a driver's license office in Louisville, Kentucky, killing three people.
It happened at 12:30 p.m. outside the Drivers License Branch on Willismore Drive, off Dixie Highway.
When police came, they discovered one guy had died. Two women were found on scene with critical injuries, however they died after arriving at a local hospital.
Louisville Metro Police Maj. Donald Boeckman told reporters it's unclear if there was more than one shooter but said “they did flee the scene, according to witnesses.”
Maj. Donald Boeckman said the inquiry is still underway and in its early stages.
"It's absolutely a tragedy and I'm surprised that there wasn't more people injured because many people were standing outside," he added.
Authorities did not discuss any possible connections between the victims.
