Ryan Gosling and Mikey Day return as Beavis and Butt-Head at the premiere of 'The Fall Guy'

Mikey Day and Ryan Gosling reunited as Beavis and Butthead on Tuesday at the premiere of Gosling's latest film, "The Fall Guy."

Alongside him on the red carpet was Gosling's partner, Mikey Day, who was decked up as Butt-Head from the popular television series Beavis & Butt-Head. The performers donned costumes based on "Saturday Night Live" sketches.

The two began doing this on the "SNL" episode airing on April 13. They performed as talk show attendees who were unaware that they resembled the well-known cartoon characters. In the sketch, Heidi Gardner also broke character when she had to call Day Butt-Head.

In "The Fall Guy," Ryan Gosling plays stuntman Colt Seavers, who is searching for a lost movie star he once doubled for. The action-comedy, which was directed by David Leitch, also features Blunt, Teresa Palmar, Hannah Waddingham, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Stephanie Hsu, and Winston Duke.

The movie "The Fall Guy" opens in theaters on Friday.
