Hollywood strikes cause the final "Yellowstone" episodes to be postponed until late 2024

The highly anticipated grand finale of "Yellowstone," which will showcase Kevin Costner's farewell episodes, has been postponed until November 2024, the Paramount Network revealed on Thursday.

Production was reportedly supposed to resume this month, but Paramount claims that this year's actor and screenwriter strikes caused a delay. November 2022 saw the premiere of the first half of the fifth season.

Paramount Network has experienced great success with "Yellowstone." More people than any other scripted series at the time watched the season five premiere episode, with 12.1 million viewers.

"Yellowstone" is a modern Western drama that centers on the Duttons, a prosperous Montana family who own the biggest ranch in the country. Costner portrays John Dutton III, who is its patriarch. Taylor Sheridan is the creator of it.
