Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Jackman are no longer together after being married for 27 years

Hugh Jackman and Deborra-lee Jackman have chosen to end their marriage of 27 years and two children.

"We've been lucky to be married for almost 30 years and have a great, loving relationship. In a joint statement, they said, "Our journey is changing, and we've decided to go our separate ways to grow as individuals." People magazine was the first to say that they were splitting up.

They said that was the only comment they would make about their breakup. They also said that their family is the most important thing to them and that they will "face this next chapter with gratitude, love, and kindness."

In 1995, the couple met on the set of an Australian TV show where they were both acting. Deborra-lee Furness was the more well-known of the two at the time. They got married in 1996 and now have two kids, Oscar, 23, and Ava, 18. Jackman became a big star in both Hollywood and Broadway.
