Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith are getting a divorce

Joshua Jackson and Jodie Turner-Smith have broken up.

In Los Angeles on Monday, the "Queen & Slim" actress filed a divorce petition against Jackson, according to court documents.

Coupled in 2019, they have a young daughter together. Turner-Smith has asked for their child's custody to be divided equally.

The two actors were pictured in New York in early September, commemorating Turner-Smith's birthday.
