Christian Combs, son of Sean 'Diddy' Combs, is sued for sexual abuse

Sean “Diddy” Combs, who is under federal sex trafficking investigation, is a defendant in a new complaint that claims his son sexually assaulted a lady aboard a yacht he hired.

Grace O'Marcaigh filed a claim Thursday in Los Angeles County Superior Court alleging that Christian Combs, 26, sexually abused her in late December 2022 while she worked on a boat charter that was “sold as a wholesome family excursion” but became a “hedonistic environment.”

The claimed attack occurred days before Sean Combs' celebrity-filled New Year's Eve yacht party.

The lawsuit charges Christian Combs with sexual assault, harassment, and mental anguish. The boat charterer Sean Combs is being sued for premises liability and aiding and abetting his son in the assault.

The father and son's lawyer termed Thursday's complaint "lewd and meritless" and "filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect" from Tyrone Blackburn, O'Marcaigh's counsel.

Aaron Dyer, the lawyer, said his team will move to dismiss the action.

“Like father, like son," Blackburn said Thursday night after the suit was filed. "It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has clearly adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity."

This complaint is the latest against Sean Combs and follows federal investigators' raids of his Los Angeles and Miami properties last week. His past cases include sexual misbehavior and other crimes. The record executive disputed all charges.
