Taylor Swift creates Grammy Awards history by receiving the most nominations for song of the year

The 2024 Grammy Award nominations were revealed on Friday, and Taylor Swift made history. Being nominated for song of the year seven times in her career made the music superstar the first person to do so. Her hit song "Anti-Hero" was the one that received this year's nomination in that category.

Additionally, Swift was nominated for her sixth album of the year, "Midnights." In the category of most nominations for a female artist, she is currently tied with legendary musician Barbra Streisand.

Along with record of the year, best pop solo performance, and best pop/duo group performance, the Eras Tour artist received a total of six nominations.

Victoria Monét, Serban Ghenea, Phoebe Bridgers, and SZA have the most nominations this year—seven each—behind SZA with nine.
